Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Provide solutions to customer's technical issues
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Assist customers with service cancellations and billing issues
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Stay uptodate with existing and new products and services offered by the company
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask
- Previous experience in customer service or related field
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
