  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Provide solutions to customer's technical issues
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
  • Assist customers with service cancellations and billing issues
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Stay uptodate with existing and new products and services offered by the company

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask
  • Previous experience in customer service or related field
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
