Customer Service Ambassador

Objectives:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Welcome & Upkeep of Reception Area
- Greeting guests and patients as they arrive and checking them in for appointments
- Keeping a clean and organized reception area and ensuring that all necessary paperwork and supplies are readily available
Patient Co-ordination
- Scheduling and confirming appointments as per different Doctors availability.
- Getting filled Patient Intake Form by patients & updating in the system
- Maintaining accurate patient records: including medical histories, treatment plans, generating tasks.
- Handling billing and payment collection including providing & explaining estimates to patients.
- Assisting the Clinic practitioner with administrative tasks as needed such as: followingup with patients to ensure their recovery, to schedule appointments, reminder for payments through various channels
- To communicate effectively with internal staff including the dentist, dental assistants, and hygienists, to ensure that appointments run smoothly and patients receive the care they need.
Dental Lab Co-ordination
- Coordinating with different Dental Labs for jobs sending, receiving along with record updating in the system.
Vendor Co-ordination & Material Management
- Vendor coordination for rate, order placement and receiving of materials/ supplies and further inventory management of these supplies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of experience Customer centric role.
- Command over English, Hindi, Marathi Language.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations, using Mobile Apps, Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point, OneNote)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
