Role
- Ownthe content calendar conceptualize and create innovative contentthat increases viewership and encourages peertopeer sharing.
- Craft ideas based on pop trends in variousregions that have relevance to thebrand.
- Establish a strong working relationshipwith our leadership and develop and execute an internalcommunication plan for them aligned to our strategic pillars.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams on bigand small campaigns advising them as an inhouse communicationexpert visvis planning and execution.
- Ensureprojects are executed within deadlines and with a reasonably highdegree of execution excellence.
- Create andmanage communication channels including internal social networksnewsletters email campaigns town halls and other platforms todeliver key messages effectively.
- Managedaytoday engagement with creative agency to ensure accurate workbrief is shared with them and the creative output is as per thebrief and desired quality standards.

- Bachelorsor Masters in MassCommunication/Journalism

- 610years of experience. Currently working or have worked in a creativeagency before.
- Keen appreciation of thedifference between copywriting and contentwriting.

- Strong written andverbal communication skills.
- A nose for a goodstory and a strong hook to engage audiences.
- Has influencing skills and adept at creativeproblemsolving.
- Demonstrated ability to run acampaign end to end from concept to completion.
