We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Sarasiruham Resort, Udaipur.

The Housekeeping Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department and ensuring that our guests have a clean, comfortable, and inviting stay at our resort.


Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of housekeepers to ensure that all guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
  • Schedule and allocate tasks to housekeeping staff, ensuring that all rooms are cleaned in a timely and efficient manner
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms to ensure quality control and identify any areas for improvement
  • Respond to guests' requests for additional supplies or services and escalate any concerns or complaints to the appropriate department
  • Maintain inventory levels of housekeeping supplies and equipment and order new supplies as needed
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning products and equipment, are being followed
  • Provide training and support to housekeeping staff, including coaching and performance evaluations
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced, highpressure environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
₹8, ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay
  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Udaipur , Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
