Account Based Marketing Manager

Aviz is seeking a dedicated Account Based Marketing Manager to join the team. We want a team member to embrace the challenge and bring enthusiasm for planning and executing marketing programs. You will be targeting strategic accounts with bespoke 1:1 campaigns, gaining experience in top-tier integrated ABM.
As an energetic account-based marketer, you will manage a portfolio of impactful multi-touch, multi-channel marketing programs that support the company's pipeline and revenue goals across all stages of the customer lifecycle.
You will align closely with the sales organization, aiding them in effectively targeting their most important accounts and optimizing performance at every step.
Success in this role comes from a robust background in sales, field marketing, or demand generation, including planning, message development, execution, ROI tracking, and campaign analysis.
This position is ideal for a driven high-achiever who can develop B2B marketing programs at both strategic and tactical levels.
What You Will Be Doing:
Building detailed customer databases per account - is a mustCrafting and executing marketing plans per account.
Developing and implementing account-based marketing strategies to drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue from target accounts.
Collaborating with sales leadership to identify and prioritize target accounts.
Creating personalized content and messaging tailored to the specific needs and pain points of target accounts.
Coordinating account-specific research, events, prospecting, and follow-ups with cross-functional teams.
Utilizing marketing automation and CRM tools to execute ABM campaigns and track performance metrics.
Analyzing campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and optimize future initiatives.
Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly reporting on the success of ABM programs to stakeholders.
What You Should Have:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.- 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on account-based marketing.
Proficiency in a marketing automation platform (preferably HubSpot).Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
