Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or related field. 3 to 5 years of professional experience in digital design, creative agency environment preferred. Proven track record of conceptualizing and executing successful digital campaigns and projects across various platforms and channels. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, After Effects), Figma, and other relevant design tools. Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, UX/UI best practices, and responsive design techniques. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and ideas effectively. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities and client needs. Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design work, including websites, social media content, digital ads, and interactive experiences.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Need to develop creative concepts that align with client objectives and target audience. Translate client briefs and business goals into engaging and impactful digital output (websites, social media Posts, other digital assets etc. Create visually stunning designs, graphics, animations, and multimedia elements that enhance user engagement and brand storytelling.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including account managers, strategists, developers, and content creators to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.
Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital design, user experience (UX), and interactive media, and integrate them into our creative processes.
