About the Company

Bringing AI power to Customer Experience (CX) for enterprises, we have witnessed remarkable growth in the past 15 months and our order book has surged significantly in the last 3 months. Our clientele boasts leading enterprises in sectors like Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Automobiles, Logistics, and Consumer Durables. We specialize in automating processes and offer speech analytics services. With a thriving presence in India, we are geared up for our US expansion this year. Our growth journey has been supported by Seed Investment from US-based micro-VC fund Modular Capital, alongside Dexter Angels and Veda VC. Currently eyeing our Series A funding round, our vision is to achieve Unicorn status in the next 3 years.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage business operations and monitor key metrics.
- Analyze company processes, identify issues, and propose enhancements.
- Evaluate process efficiency, production rates, and cost reduction strategies.
- Process and report production data.

Requirements

- 1 year of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Competence in managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Confident and preferably with a technical background.
