Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing plans to drive awareness, adoption, and retention of our HR Tech products.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and leverage insights to inform product positioning and messaging.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, and customer success teams to develop product launch plans, sales enablement materials, and customer communication strategies.
  • Create compelling content including product collateral, case studies, whitepapers, and blog posts to showcase product features, benefits, and use cases.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive engagement, utilizing channels such as email, social media, webinars, and events.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Serve as a product evangelist and thought leader, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor developments, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance product competitiveness and market positioning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in product marketing, preferably within the HR technology or SaaS industry.
  • Deep understanding of HR technology landscape, including HRIS, ATS, performance management, and employee engagement solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze market trends, and derive actionable insights.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content for diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
