JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive to join our lean and powerful team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, overseeing project execution, and contributing to business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Account Management

Accountable for assigned projects/accounts.

Understanding therapy areas and market segments.

Comprehending client and brand requirements.

Conducting secondary and primary research to gather insights and market understanding.

Preparing written briefs for campaigns.

Ensuring accuracy in all artwork and designs.

Proactively managing retainer accounts.

Conducting monthly review meetings with clients.

2. Project Management

Meeting project timelines.

Planning and organizing work effectively.

Preparing minutes of meetings as per format.

Weekly reporting on project progress.

Meeting monthly billing and collection targets.

Ensuring processes are followed to maintain profitability.

Analyzing time taken for project completion and improving work cycles.

Documenting client interactions and maintaining client files.

Setting up client meetings with top management when necessary.

Demonstrating a proactive servicing attitude.

3. Business Development

Cross-selling medico marketing, digital, events, and other services within existing accounts to increase account value and potential.

Ensuring client satisfaction to facilitate account renewals.

Supporting new initiatives and business development efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS

Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm)

WORK EXPERIENCE

2 to 4 years in a client servicing role within a Pharma/Healthcare Advertising agency or in a brand management role within a Pharmaceutical company.
