Superviser le personnel et les opérations du front office
Préparer et suivre les budgets, gérer les paiements et la facturation
Traiter les réclamations et assurer la satisfaction des clients
Maintenir des standards élevés d'hygiène et de sécurité
Requirements
Profil recherché :
Passion pour l'accueil et la satisfaction des clients
Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion des langues
Capacité à travailler en équipe et à résoudre des problèmes
Compétences en planification et organisation
Résistance au stress et flexibilité
Curiosité et désir d'apprendre
Qualifications :
Licence en gestion hôtelière ou équivalent
Bilingue français et une autre langue
Compétences numériques
