Your Focus
  • Interact with customers and internal teams to ensure top-notch service and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Manage a variety of order scenarios and complex order entry processes with critical thinking skills.
How You Will Contribute
  • Accurately place customer orders using the ERP system.
  • Handle routine and non-routine order activities with a focus on quality service.
  • Anticipate customer needs and proactively address them with a sense of urgency.
  • Utilize various systems and technologies to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in Customer Service (chemical industry preferred).
  • Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of Order to Cash process and High Sea Sales Model.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
