What You Will DoThe Business Lead – Digital Products will support the build and deployment of innovative digital products that solve unmet needs and generate value for the Operations organization.

This individual will work closely with global business stakeholders to identify project scope, create detailed project plan, verify requirements, drive execution, and communicate progress.

He/she will partner with cross functional teams for build and deployment. This indiviudal may also be involved in hands-on data work within SAP and the Azure environment.


Key ResponsibilitiesDeeply understand key business processes and expected business outcomes driving product features and roadmapGather, analyze, document, and validate the needs of business stakeholdersDocument business user requirements and define specific tasks and user stories for the development team to executeWrite user stories, manage scrum calls, and prioritize product backlogsSupport the end to end execution of projectsEffectively communicate timelines, updates, and potential challenges to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and setting appropriate expectations.

Provide regular, timely, transparent communication on progress to the Digital Capability Owner and Digital Capabilities Leadership TeamEnsure digital products are successfully deployed, fully embedded into ways of working, and constantly improved to address changing business needs and transform our operationsWork closely with cross functional teams to build digital products and reportsCollaborate closely with business and Data Asset Teams to continually refine the Data Asset roadmap based on evolving needs and insightsOversee User Acceptance Testing and Business Simulation Testing with end usersPerform adhoc data analysis as neededEnsure data accuracy and integrity by maintaining data quality standards and performing regular data auditsIdentify and implement process improvements to streamline data management and analysisSupport Capability Owner to track user adoption and support the adoption strategy for relevant digital products


What We Are Looking ForRequired QualificationsBachelor ́s degree in business, data analytics / technology or related field; specialization in supply chain with experience in data engineering, data science or advanced analytics fields is strongly preferredMinimum of 5 years of business experience with at least 3 years of Supply Chain, SAP or other relevant functional experience required – any exposure to SAP like S4, HANA or APO (Any planning tool).Min 3 years in Azure experienceMin 4 or 5 years in Product management expiernece and on tools like JIRA.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with at least 3 years experience in data analysis, visualization, and reportingMust be confident in their ability to analyse large amounts of data and provide recommendations to leaders that support decision makingStrong understanding and working experience utilizing design-thinking best practices (empathy, requirements definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing) to deliver digital products and experiencesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to work with both technical and non-technical team membersExperience with Agile product development methodologyStrong attention to detail and project management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English

Desired QualificationsExperience working on SAP functional domain and Azure stack preferredStrong digital product management experience including experience in building / managing data and analytics platforms, data science / advanced analytics / intelligent automation solutions is preferredScrum Alliance certification (e.g., Product Owner, Developer, ScrumMaster) is preferredExperience with Project Planning and use of JIRA is preferredExperience in working with ERP (SAP), Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, or other data and analytics tools is preferredExperience in SQL (legacy Hadoop analysis) + Databricks/Synapse predominantly and Azure stack (minimum ability to set up and do basic querying) is preferredKnowledge of ERP (SAP/JDE) database/tables is preferredExperience working in or with a complex global organization spanning across functions is preferred
