Axtria Institute is focused on building careers in Analytics – both for trainees (by providing access to recognize and rigorous certifications in various technical, functional, analytical, and behavioral skills that make up a good analyst) and trainers (by providing a platform for leveraging subject matter expertise to coach juniors in various subjects & overall problem solving).


Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and implement the overall strategy & roadmap for scaling the delivery organization and institutionalizing a learning culture.

The goal is to scale the delivery organization so Axtria can provide clients with the best quality services at the lowest cost and empower our associates to take increasingly higher responsibilities.

Promote a culture of continuous learning by leveraging the Digital learning platforms, innovate the learning methodology using new age tools like LXP's, Gamifications, Simulation etc.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to conceptualize the formation of various skill development programs for people at multiple levels & multiple locations with varying competencies, roles & tenure within the organization.

Interfaces with L&Ds internal customers on understanding and caters to their Learning requirements.
Identifying the training needs and engaging stake holders to fulfil the training needs.
Drives nominations through internal communication, and interfaces with training delivery partners and other internal stakeholders to make this possible
Creation and publishing of standard Learning path-based training calendar
Mapping and monitoring of trainings undergone by employees as per learning paths
Delivering Training Programs basis specific business needs over and above the standard learning path.
Ensure Training Plans/ Learning Paths are adhered for all new hires
Deploying a wide variety of Training methods across classroom. Self-learning, e-learning etc. to develop identified skills
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders in the system to ensure alignment for Training execution plans
Monitor, manage the quality of training delivery & training effectiveness
Designing & validating training modules as required
Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in learning & development
Any graduate /Post Graduate degree or equivalent with a solid academic record
Relevant experience in the IT/Consulting or Life sciences Industry with at least 8 yrs experience in a Learning & Development role
Have done required certification in L&D field
Experience in managing Technical / Domain trainings would be preferable.
Preferred Skillset
Effective probing skills and analysing / understanding skills
Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Demonstrated proficiency
Must be able to work on a flexible schedule
Excellent attention to detail.
