Job Summary
The Sr.
Partner - People Relations (Global Onboarding) is responsible for ensuring EVERY new hire embarks on a successful journey by contributing to the design and delivery of New Hire Onboarding programs.
Our goal is to provide new hires with a rockstar-like experience from the start, delivering equipped, engaged, and inspired employees to their functional teams and managers.
In this role, you will manage our onboarding team in India and facilitate our Global New Hire programs both locally and virtually, ensuring a smooth experience from the day the candidate joins.
All these components are designed to make our new hires feel like part of the Quantiphi family and well-prepared to navigate our exciting and fast-moving world.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesOnboarding Coordination:
Focus 100% on delivering a world-class, highly effective New Hire Onboarding Experience.
Develop and implement an onboarding strategy.
Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
Manage the transition from candidate to employee seamlessly.
Coordinate with stakeholders such as Talent Acquisition, C&P Partners (HRBPs), Insights & Automation, and IT & Facilities teams to execute in-person & virtual onboarding.
Conduct orientation sessions and facilitate introductions to key team members and leadership.HR Administration:
Manage new hire records and ensure accurate Personal Information (PI) entry in Workday.
Assist with the preparation and administration of employment contracts and other HR documentation.
Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other administrative matters.
Employee Engagement:
Enhance engagement and retention by gamifying and curating (Per the new joiner hierarchy) the Onboarding programs.
Collect and analyze feedback from new employees to improve the onboarding process.
Participate in HR initiatives and events to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws and regulations.
Prepare regular reports on onboarding metrics and HR administrative activities.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
Required Skillset
Ability to think strategically and demonstrate attention to detail while being agile and flexible enough to move tactics forward instantly.
Proficient in HRIS; prior experience with Workday and Google Workspace is a big plus.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and candidates.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Confidence and familiarity with global recruitment practices and cultural sensitivities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration / or a related field.
4+ years of experience in HR or a related area, preferably within a global, engineering-focused or growth-oriented organization.
