Position: Inside Sales Representative
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calling and lead generation activities.
- Establish contact and build relationships with prospects to understand their needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Follow up daily on older leads and consistently work on new leads to drive sales.
- Ensure high standards of service by adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
- Actively work towards achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's revenue growth.
- Keep accurate records of interactions with prospects and customers in the CRM system.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proven experience in an inside sales or similar role.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with outbound calling, lead generation, and CRM systems.
