Position: Inside Sales Representative

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calling and lead generation activities.
  • Establish contact and build relationships with prospects to understand their needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
  • Follow up daily on older leads and consistently work on new leads to drive sales.
  • Ensure high standards of service by adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Actively work towards achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's revenue growth.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions with prospects and customers in the CRM system.
Preferred Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an inside sales or similar role.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Familiarity with outbound calling, lead generation, and CRM systems.
