We are in search of a Manager Business Development for a top Management Consulting Firm that specializes in EPR, ESG, Corporate Finance, and Business Operations.


Job Profile:
  • Identify and nurture new business opportunities in line with the company's strategic goals.
  • Conduct market research to spot emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Collaborate with various teams to tailor solutions that meet clients' unique requirements.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize complex deals with beneficial outcomes for all parties.
  • Constantly assess and enhance business development processes for improved efficiency.
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to reach revenue targets.
  • Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and metrics to monitor progress.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop engaging sales materials.
  • Utilize CRM tools for tracking sales activities, managing relationships, and generating reports.
  • Use consulting expertise to offer valuable strategic guidance.
  • Develop tailored consulting solutions that meet client needs and provide measurable value.
  • Act as a reliable advisor, offering recommendations and actionable strategies for success.
  • Encourage innovation and improvements in consulting services based on market feedback and industry standards.

Effective Communication:
  • Communicate efficiently with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners to ensure alignment.
  • Present our products' value proposition persuasively.
  • Listen actively to client feedback and address concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Promote open communication and collaboration within the sales and business development teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and communicate relevant insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven record of meeting or surpassing sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
