About The Role:
This is a full-time on-site role within their team based in their Bathgate office. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing existing accounts, developing new business, generating proposals, and closing deals.

The Account Manager will work closely with the technical and sales teams to ensure successful implementation of projects and provide excellent customer service to clients.


Responsibilities:


Create and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at our global blue-chip clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.

Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to identify new business opportunities and strategies to drive growth.

Manage and grow existing customer accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our innovative product suite.

Navigate complex client requirements and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services.

Act as the point of contact for client queries, complaints, and escalations, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory resolution.

Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products, the industry landscape, and competitor activities.

Prepare regular reports on account status and progress, and provide feedback to senior management.

Participate in contract negotiations and closure.

Qualifications :
Strong experience in sales, business development, and account management within the telecommunication or IT industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships

Demonstrated ability to generate leads, negotiate and close deals

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously


A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field would be advantageous however relevant experience in lieu of a degree will also be considered.

Technical knowledge of internet connectivity solutions, wireless networking, and/or satellite communications would be a distinct advantage.

Experience working with remote teams is a plus.
