Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage a Team of Sales Incentive analysts
  • Accountable for Concerned region Incentive and Commission payments
  • Gatekeeper of Client's SLAs & KPIs of the concerned region (Asia, EMEA, Amers)
  • Good experience administering Sales Incentive activities and commission administrative activities, Accountable Guarantee Report Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Monthly reviews with upstream and downstream teams and create incentive files
  • Identify enhancements to process and system limitations to improve the current workflow
  • Responsible for validating Monthly, Quarter and Annual Incentive plans calculations
  • Load Annual Commission Plans and issue Annual Commission Letters to Sales Staff in a timely manner
  • Ensure we follow and adhere to SOX Compliance Rules
  • Indepth Sales and commission administration experience such as USCO Commissions Administration Task Order, Agent Post Sale Compensation Changes, Signings Compensation Requirements, Physical Coverages, Territory Acknowledgement Reporting, Sales Agent Install Activity, Inquiry Log Process.
  • Strong knowledge in Exception Pay Plans, Policy Creation, Advance Requisition, Saving Commission Statements
  • Demonstrated attention to detail with an appreciation of complexity and risk
  • Demonstrated problemsolving skills with the ability to create simple solutions
  • Desire to work in a fastpaced, highgrowth startup environment
  • Information technology industry experience
  • Experience covering Sales and commission incentive programs for employees
  • Coordinate Communication to relevant Stakeholders (Compensation, Finance, HR, Bus Ops) regarding Policy Changes
  • Responsible for the publication, coordination and adherence of the Monthly Commissions Operating timetable
