Description of key responsibilities:

Assisting Practice leadership in planning and identifying channels for business development and expansionCreation of proposals, RFP / RFI / RFQ response, estimation, business case preparation, and proposal presentations for security assessment requirementsLiaison with partners and internal sales team for preparing large bids.

Researching and conceptualizing solution approach for niche and new business requirements for which no ready solution exists.
Internally evangelizing latest technology trends relevant to the Practice and understanding the competitive landscape.

Qualification and scoping of opportunities for SAST, DAST, SCA, Network PT, Threat Modeling, Red Teaming, DDoS Simulations, Cloud Security etc.

Interacting with prospects at multiple levels to understand business requirement and technology constraints. Clearly documenting business requirements in agreement with the prospects.

Making technical pitches to prospects and partnersAssisting in defining the marketing plan for the Practice and executing it jointly with the marketing departmentWorking with marketing department to generate collaterals for the Practice service offerings, both for print and online channels.

This involves providing technical inputs and validation.

Making representation in conferences and seminarsParticipating and contributing in cross practice initiativesParticipating and actively contributing in solution design for CI / CD Pipeline integration, DevSecOps etc.

Actively contributing in planning and executing proof of concept implementation and demonstration.

Responsible to build technical material to support sales activities (slide ware, solution brief, white papers, competitive analysis, etc.), design workshops.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and practical security knowledge8+ years in industry experience and strong security exposureCISSP, CSSLP or equivalent certification preferred.

Desired CharacteristicsSolid documentation skills with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelAbility to work well alone or as part of a team.


Desired Qualities:


Very good written/ verbal communication skillsShould have prior hands-on experience in security assessment and solutions demo / presentationsAbility to create a business solution against a given set of requirements and outline the thoughts clearly in a commercial proposal with scope, assumptions and deliverablesAbility to write solution approach notes and SOW documents.

Ability to handle pressure from client, internal sales teams and still deliver consistentlyIndia Shift willing to be flexible for US Client Support and meetings at US Shifts on need basisGood capability to maintain interpersonal relationship and get work done through collaborationPrior experience in a similar solution architecture, solution implementation, business manager or presales role for shall be an advantage.

Frequent, albeit short duration domestic and international travel shall be required.
