Job Location:
Mumbai

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications - Mac, Linux.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
Provide clear and concise technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Diagnose and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner.
Collaborate with other IT professionals to deliver excellent customer service.
Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
Keep documentation up-to-date to ensure accurate and efficient system management.
Work closely with other IT team members and departments to understand and address IT needs.
Collaborate with vendors to procure hardware and software solutions.
Collaborate with different departments to fullfil compliance requirement as and when requiredProficient in IT-Onboarding/ Off-boarding procedures.
Proficient in managing the G-suite admin consoleRequirements3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
