As a Cybersecurity Trainer specializing in Offensive Security at Ascella Infosec, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training and workshops focused on offensive security techniques.

Responsibilities:

Conduct Offensive Security Courses:

Design and deliver comprehensive training modules on offensive security methodologies, including ethical hacking, penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and exploit development.

Workshop Development:
Create hands-on workshops that challenge participants to develop practical skills in offensive cybersecurity, helping them gain real-world experience.

Expert Lectures:

Deliver engaging and informative lectures on offensive security topics in schools, colleges, and corporate environments to promote cybersecurity awareness and best practices.

Curriculum Enhancement:

Continuously update and improve the existing offensive security training curriculum, keeping it aligned with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Provide Support and Guidance:

Offer mentorship and guidance to students and participants, assisting them in understanding complex concepts and improving their offensive security skillset.

Practical Demonstrations:
Conduct live demonstrations of hacking techniques, tools, and exploits to facilitate a deeper understanding of offensive security concepts.

Evaluation and Feedback:

Assess students' progress through practical exams, assignments, and projects, providing constructive feedback to help them improve their offensive security capabilities.

Stay Current with Industry Trends:

Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and defensive measures to ensure the training content remains relevant and cutting-edge.

Collaborate with the Team:

Work closely with the cybersecurity team to identify potential areas of improvement and develop training content that addresses real-world challenges.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Offensive Security, Ethical Hacking, Penetration Testing, or related fields.
• In-depth knowledge of offensive security tools and frameworks, such as Metasploit, Nmap, Burp Suite, and Kali Linux.
• Strong understanding of common cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
• Passion for teaching and sharing knowledge, coupled with a patient and engaging teaching style.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as OSCP, CEH, or other offensive security certifications will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• A commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards in offensive security practices and teaching.

Note:

The salary range for this position is between INR 20,000 - INR 30,000 per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
