Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Cybersecurity Trainer specializing in offensive security techniques. As a Cybersecurity Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs that cover the fundamentals of cybersecurity and advance into offensive security concepts, including exploit development and programming in languages such as PHP, Python, and C/C++. Your expertise will play a crucial role in equipping individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary to protect computer systems and networks from potential threats.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver training courses on cybersecurity, with a primary focus on offensive security techniques and practices.
- Design and create training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and practical examples, to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Teach students from diverse backgrounds, ranging from beginners to advanced learners, and tailor the training programs to their specific needs and skill levels.
- Instruct participants on the fundamentals of cybersecurity, including threat modeling, penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and secure coding practices.
- Provide in-depth training on offensive security concepts, such as exploit development, reverse engineering, and secure software exploitation.
- Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages commonly used in offensive security, including PHP, Python, and C/C++.
- Teach participants how to write and analyze code, develop custom exploits, and understand common vulnerabilities and their exploitation techniques.
- Foster a collaborative and interactive learning environment, promoting discussion, problem-solving, and hands-on practice.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements and trends in offensive security, cybersecurity tools, and techniques, and incorporate them into the training curriculum.
- Assess participants' progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement and skill development.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Cybersecurity Trainer or similar role, with a focus on offensive security.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, offensive security methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as PHP, Python, and C/C++.
- Familiarity with exploit development, reverse engineering, and secure coding.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training programs, including curriculum development and hands-on exercises.
- Relevant certifications in offensive security or related domains (e.g., OSCP, OSCE, CEH, CISSP) are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Continuous learning mindset and commitment to staying updated with industry developments.
- Experience with cybersecurity tools, frameworks, and platforms is a plus.
- Prior experience in conducting virtual or online training sessions would be advantageous.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
