Job Description
The client is a Management Consulting Firm which is seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Strategy Consultant

to join their team.

The candidate will work closely with clients to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth ad improve operational efficiency.

This role requires a blend of analytical, communication, and project management skills. The desired project duration is

6 months, full time in Bhubaneshwar .

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Conduct high-level business diagnostics and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct comprehensive
SWOT and Risk analysis

for execution of strategic plans.

  • Design and implement
Balanced Scorecards, facilitate Hoshin Kanri planning sessions

to align business activities with vision and strategy.

  • Conduct Feasibility Studies
to evaluate the practicality and potential success of proposed projects or initiatives.

  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to educate clients on strategic planning tools and methodologies.
  • Develop Contingency Plans to prepare for unforeseen events and ensure business continuity.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients, fostering a collaborative and high- performance culture.
  • Provide ongoing support and advisory services to help clients achieve their Strategic goals and objectives

Qualifications (Education and Experiences):

  • Should be a B.E/ B. Tech in Engineering (any branch) or MBA.
  • Should have at least 7 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in the Strategy domain.
  • Proven expertise in Porter's Five Forces, Portfolio Analysis, Hoshin Kanri, Feasibility Studies, Risk Analysis, SWOT Analysis, and Contingency Planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma will add an advantage.
