Role & responsibilities :

1. End-to-End Recruitment for Field Sales:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their sales talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Utilize various sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks, to attract and identify potential candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the decision-making process. Conduct reference checks and make recommendations for final selection.

2. Onboarding and Processing Offer Letters:

Manage the onboarding process for new sales hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Prepare and process offer letters, employment contracts, and other relevant documentation for selected candidates. Collaborate with HR and relevant departments to complete pre-employment requirements, such as background checks and employment eligibility verification. Provide guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.

3. Background Verification:

Work with external vendors or agencies to facilitate comprehensive background checks on selected candidates. Review and analyze background check results, addressing any concerns or discrepancies with appropriate stakeholders.

Experience : 2-5 years of relevant experience

Qualification : Any Graduate or MBA HR
