Sales Assistant in a Security Guard Providing Company
Designation:
Asst Sales Manager and Sales Manager.

Salary: 15,000/- to 25,000/-
Position Overview:
As a Sales Assistant in our Security Guard Providing Company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team to achieve their goals and targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing information about our security services, pricing, and availability. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations for prospective clients. Coordinate with internal departments such as operations and finance to ensure smooth execution of sales agreements.

Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and leads in the CRM system. Generate reports and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks to support the sales process, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing sales materials and documentation.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to provide valuable insights to the sales team. Conduct research to identify potential target markets and opportunities for expansion.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Collaborate on marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable. Experience in the security industry or B2B sales is a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with clients, presenting information, and conveying ideas clearly and persuasively.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary for managing multiple tasks, prioritizing responsibilities, and ensuring accuracy in sales documentation and record-keeping.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is preferred. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.

Interpersonal Skills: Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Must be proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated.
