Position Summary

We are looking for a talented Tele-Sales Executive to join our team.

S/he will be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.

The individual in this role would love to talk and genuinely be excited to help customers. S/he will ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with the customers and prospects
  • Actively followup potentials to improve sales conversion ratios.
  • Proactively identifying crossselling/upselling opportunities with the existing customers
  • Generating sales via calling retention/ existing customers on first party data.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Able to achieve company desired targets in the given timeline.
  • Attend trainings to stay updated with the specifications of new products and service offerings.
  • Stay up to date with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
  • Personalised shopper to help customer with end needs
  • Comprehensive understanding of sales and marketing
Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Competencies

  • Good communication skills (Verbal & Written).
  • Patience and ability to engage with customers.
  • Experience in Sales
  • Managing postsales support to ensure highlevel customer satisfaction.
  • Fast learner and quick thinker
  • Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
  • Selfmotivated and goaloriented, desire to deliver results
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software
