Job Summary :


As a Principal Individual Contributor in Software Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical excellence and innovation within our software development team.

This position is suited for individuals who are passionate about hands-on coding and possess a deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet both technical and business requirements.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the software development team, driving best practices, code quality, and architectural decisions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain complex software solutions that are scalable, efficient, and robust, using appropriate technologies and methodologies.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, and performance optimization. Implement and advocate for automated testing and continuous integration practices.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing innovative and effective solutions promptly.
  • Lead and participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to define and implement innovative solutions.

Requirements :

  • Extensive experience of 78 years in software development, with a strong focus on fullstack development.
  • Proven track record of working with SaaS platforms, with a deep understanding of their architecture and operations, particularly in the context of Laravel.
  • Extensive experience with PHP development, with Laravel as a framework and a strong understanding of objectoriented programming principle
  • Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Jquery and , with specific emphasis on their usage in Laravel projects.
  • Indepth knowledge of APIs such as Twilio, Sendgrid, SalesForce, MarketHub, and Five9, and handson experience integrating it into PHP Laravel applications.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with cloud platforms.
