Retention & Co is searching for a dynamic and skilled Retention Manager to become part of our team. As a vital member of our marketing department, you will lead our initiatives to improve customer engagement, boost retention rates, and build lasting relationships with our user base. Leveraging data-driven insights and innovative strategies, you will play a crucial role in fueling sustainable growth and maximizing customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive retention strategies customized to engage and retain BeatO users across different channels and touchpoints.
  • Utilize advanced segmentation techniques to personalize retention initiatives based on user behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stages.
  • Manage and optimize different verticals, stimulating repeat purchases and enhancing brand loyalty among customers.
  • Analyze program & campaign performance thoroughly, evaluate ROI, and refine strategies to enhance effectiveness continuously.
  • Initiate and implement targeted campaigns, and CRM actions to nurture customer relationships and drive engagement.
  • Create personalized content and messaging strategies to reengage users and boost retention rates.
  • Apply data analytics and customer insights to pinpoint retention opportunities, forecast churn risk factors, and steer strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and business leaders, such as marketing, product, and customer service, to align retention strategies with overall business goals.
  • Share key customer insights and trends with relevant stakeholders to guide business decisions and product improvements.
  • Oversee the utilization and execution of campaigns through CRM and attribution tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, Clevertap, Branch, AppsFlyer, Gupshup, etc.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; Master's degree or certifications in Marketing preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in a senior-level retention marketing role, with a minimum of 3-6 years of experience.
  • Proven expertise in creating and implementing impactful strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing & attribution platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Creative thinking and strategic mindset with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and team collaboration skills.
