Roles & Responsibilities:

BeatO is seeking a skilled Retention Manager to join their team and lead efforts to boost customer engagement, retention rates, and long-term relationships with users. By leveraging data-driven insights and innovative strategies, you will be instrumental in driving sustainable growth and maximizing customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute tailored retention strategies to engage and retain BeatO users across various channels and touchpoints.
  • Personalize retention initiatives using advanced segmentation techniques based on user behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stages.
  • Manage and optimize different verticals to drive repeat purchases and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Analyze program & campaign performance, assess ROI, and enhance strategies for better effectiveness.
  • Create and implement targeted campaigns and CRM initiatives to nurture customer relationships.
  • Craft personalized content and messaging strategies to re-engage users and improve retention rates.
  • Use data analytics and customer insights to identify retention opportunities and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align retention strategies with business objectives.
  • Share customer insights with stakeholders to influence business decisions and product enhancements.
  • Manage campaign execution using CRM and attribution tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, Clevertap, Branch, AppsFlyer, Gupshup, etc.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; Master's degree or certifications in Marketing preferred.
  • Proven track record in senior-level retention marketing role, with 3-6 years of experience.
  • Expertise in developing impactful strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing & attribution platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and drive recommendations.
  • Creative thinking with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and teamwork skills.
