Responsibilities

  • Support senior management by conducting market research, monitoring industry trends and customer behaviors, helping identify target audiences.
  • Should be able to propose new ideas for brainstorming.
  • Assist with coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, including creating engaging content that will attract the right audience.
  • Perform support duties including but not limited to: database management, reporting and analytics, maintaining marketing materials, managing sales and marketing software tools
  • Ensure that regular web content updates are performed and checking content for accuracy and consistency.
  • Track relevant metrics using analytics tools, monitor KPIs, and report to senior management on campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay uptodate with social media and marketing trends and best practices
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under mínimal supervision
  • Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion.
  • Technologicallysavvy and resourceful
  • Resultsoriented and solutionfocused with a problemsolving attitude
  • Team oriented.
  • Able to exercise strong attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with social media tools.
  • Knowledge of CMS, such as WordPress
  • Familiarity with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with SEO and keyword research best practices a plus

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
₹8, ₹31,367.88 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
