Preventive Maintenance of Equipment Periodical monitoring of calibration in context of all Instrumentation related equipment
Responsible for preparation of material indents for all Electrical Spares

Responsible for periodical preventive maintenance schedules of all Machinery & Equipment and maintain their records from time to time.

Energy Management
Set the Power / Energy consumption benchmarks in accordance with Production Targets Generating awareness towards Energy Conservation among all employees

Training and Development
On the job training to operators Safety awareness training to housekeeping workers.
Classroom training to operators

Safety
Compliance to all safety norms across the Plant Providing necessary support to Safety Department towards conducting Safety Audits
Focus on behavioural based safety – near misses, unsafe acts, unsafe conditions identification and closing

Statutory Compliance
Ensure to coordinate all statutory inspections pertaining to Electrical as per the schedule
