Position Summary:

As the Chief Revenue Officer for IT Solutions Services, you will drive revenue growth and profitability for this entrepreneurial venture.

Build the go-to-market strategy, lead high-performing sales and marketing teams, and leverage existing client relationships to cross-sell innovative IT solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead elite sales and marketing teams through effective recruiting, training and management
  • Develop comprehensive business plan, operating model, revenue targets, and marketing strategy
  • Identify market opportunities, differentiate offerings, and craft compelling marketing messages
  • Execute targeted marketing and sales campaigns to convert IT staffing clients to solutions customers

  • Entrepreneurial mindset to identify opportunities, innovate, and shape compelling narratives
  • Deep expertise in IT services gotomarket, marketing strategies and managing large budgets
  • Exceptional skills in sales, marketing, business strategy, analytics and relationshipbuilding
  • Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
