Chief Financial Officer

Position Overview:The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the executive team responsible for overseeing all financial and nbsp;aspects of the organization and providing strategic leadership in financial planning analysis and management. and nbsp;The CFO plays a critical role in driving financial performance ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and nbsp;and supporting the organizations overall strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and oversee the organizations financial planning process including budgeting forecasting and longterm strategic planning. Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support decisionmaking evaluate financial performance and and nbsp;identify areas for improvement.
Financial Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the CEO board of directors and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements accounting standards and tax laws.
Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow liquidity and working capital to support the organizations operations and strategic initiatives. Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash management minimize financial risk and maximize returns and nbsp;on investments.
Risk Management and Internal Controls: Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard the organizations assets and mitigate financial and nbsp;risks. Identify potential risks and opportunities and develop strategies to manage and mitigate them effectively.
Financial Strategy and Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and guidance on financial matters to the executive team board of directors and and nbsp;other stakeholders. Collaborate with other functional leaders to develop and implement strategies for sustainable growth and and nbsp;profitability
Investor Relations and Capital Markets: Serve as the primary liaison with investors analysts and other external stakeholders on financial matters. Manage relationships with financial institutions investment bankers and other capital market participants.
Financial Systems and Technology: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems tools and technologies to support efficient and nbsp;and effective financial operations. Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in financial management and technology.
Qualifications: Must have certification of Chartered Accountancy (CA) issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and nbsp;(ICAI). Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role with a track record of success in financial management and nbsp;and strategic planning. Indepth knowledge of financial principles practices and regulations including GAAP IFRS and SEC and nbsp;reporting requirements. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable and nbsp;insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all and nbsp;levels. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a commitment to fostering a culture of integrity accountability and and nbsp;continuous improvement. Proficiency in financial management software and tools as well as Microsoft Office Suite. The Chief Financial Officer plays a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of the organization. and nbsp;The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker a strong leader and a collaborative team player capable of and nbsp;driving financial performance and creating longterm value for the organization.
