Are you passionate about leading operations in the rapidly growing rental accommodation sector and driving innovative housing solutions for students and employees? Do you have a proven track record of managing business operations and a drive for scalability? If so, Aarusha Homes Private Limited invites you to take on a leadership role as Chief Operating Officer (COO), with an exciting transition path to becoming the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).


Key Responsibilities:


Lead the operations of hostels across cities ensuring operational excellence with exceptional customer service.

Spearhead expension into new markets and innovative housing products.

Oversee branding, process development, and organizational systems to support growth.

Lead efforts in fundraising and strategy planning along with the team to drive company expansion.


The right candidate should have senior management experience with P&L responsibility in hospitality or related sectors. He or she will possess strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. Experience in a start-up or fast growth environment would be an added asset.
