Role Objective:

The Chief People Officer (CPO) will serve as a strategic business advisor to the leadership team, covering HR & Talent Strategy, Performance Management, Capability Development, Talent Engagement, Immigration Procedures for operating regions (US, India, EMEA, Canada, and Nearshore locations), Acquisition and Branding, and Organizational Structuring.

Position Overview:

The Global HR Director/Chief People Officer will oversee the development and execution of HR strategies that align with Youngsoft's business objectives and global growth plans. As a key member of the extended Area Leadership team, this senior role will drive successful execution across various HR programs and initiatives. Reporting to the Youngsoft CEO, the CPO will lead a global HR team to ensure consistent, high-quality HR support and practices across all Youngsoft group companies.


Experience and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree from a premium B-school or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) preferred.
  • Minimum of 12+ years of HR experience, with at least 10 years in a senior or global HR leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of international HR practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders.
  • Experience managing stakeholders from various regions, including the US, India, UK, EMEA, and Nearshore locations.
  • Strong background in change management, mergers and acquisitions, and immigration.


Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:

HR Vision & Strategy

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and goals aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Create a Global HR Policy that allows for regional flexibility.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify HR needs and provide strategic solutions.
  • Drive organizational change and transformation initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance.

Talent Acquisition

  • Drive strategic manpower planning and sourcing for leadership hiring across geographies.
  • Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team globally.
  • Develop and implement global talent development programs, succession planning, and leadership initiatives.
  • Design and execute campus engagement processes.

Talent Management & Performance Management

  • Ensure consistent and compliant HR practices across all regions.
  • Design and deploy a balanced scorecard-based performance management system.
  • Drive annual performance management, promotions, increments, and rewards and recognition programs.
  • Conduct organization climate assessments, employee engagement surveys, and attrition analysis to develop retention strategies.

HR Operations

  • Review and update HR policies globally in line with industry standards.
  • Define and execute HR operations plans for compliance and efficient HR service delivery.
  • Manage immigration procedures for operating regions and oversee employee records and HR reports.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Lead compensation strategy, structuring, and benchmarking exercises.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and zero-error payroll processing.

Statutory & Legal Compliance

  • Drive the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) and Code of Conduct agenda.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.

Organization Development & Branding

  • Lead organization development and capability-building strategies.
  • Drive branding initiatives in local talent markets to enhance talent attraction and retention.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Compensation mapping and optimization of employee movements and utilization across group companies.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for regional HR leads and provide regular feedback and support.
  • Design global mobility policies and manage their implementation within the group.
