Bridger Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a software engineer, specialized in developing compliance software solutions using Bridger technology.
  • Proficient in programming languages like Java, C++, or Python, having a solid grasp of object-oriented design principles and patterns.
  • Extensive background in working with Bridger technology, including Bridger Insight XG, Bridger Insight Enterprise, or similar compliance screening solutions.
  • Thorough understanding of regulatory demands concerning anti-money laundering (AML), know your customer (KYC), and sanctions screening.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to translate intricate business requirements into technical answers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal competencies to collaborate efficiently with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering top-notch software solutions in a dynamic setting, emphasizing scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.

Behavioral Skills:
