7 years of experience working with Fircosoft solutions, with a strong understanding of Fircosoft Filtering and Watch List Filtering.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing Fircosoft solutions to meet specific compliance requirements and regulatory standards.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python, with a strong foundation in object-oriented design principles.
Solid understanding of regulatory compliance requirements related to anti-money laundering (AML), know your customer (KYC), and sanctions screening.
Experience with database systems such as SQL and NoSQL, and familiarity with big data technologies is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex compliance requirements and translate them into Fircosoft configurations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of compliance processes and systems
