Bridger Requirements:• years of experience as a software engineer, with a focus on developing compliance software solutions using Bridger technology.• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python, with a strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns.• Extensive experience working with Bridger technology, including Bridger Insight XG, Bridger Insight Enterprise, or similar compliance screening solutions.• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance requirements related to anti-money laundering (AML), know your customer (KYC), and sanctions screening.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Behavioral Skills:· Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.· Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.· Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.Certifications Needed:(Optional: Certification in Bridger technology or related compliance tools)
