Job Description:


We are looking for a Graphic Designer Intern to join our digital team At Agriplast As a Graphic Designer, you will be the artist and the mind behind all the artwork that goes on our digital channels and other distribution networks.

From creating engaging thumbnails for our Social Media channels to conceptualizing the designs for our exhibition and other digital assets, you will get an opportunity to fine tune your skills and create visuals that lead to a change.


Key Responsibilities:
1) Create Engaging ThumbnailsCreate Engaging Thumbnails for our YouTube Channels and Instagram Channels as per brand guidelines created by you.

2) Help redesign existing digital assets as per new brand guidelinesWork On Improving The Design Of The Existing Digital Assets such as social media feed, brochures etc.

3) Create Creatives For Performance Marketing & Social MediaCreating Creatives for performance marketing and for social media channels

4) Performance ReviewClosely Review the performance of videos to analyze metrics like CTR and constantly improve designs to better the numbers.

5) Team ManagementLead & Manage Future Editing Teams.

Eligibility

Must Be Between the Age of 17 to 23 years old.
Should Be Proficient with Design Softwares Such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
Should understand How content works on different platforms and be driven by content performance.
Must be a team player and open to feedback.
Must Be Willing to Work On Site.
