Job Summary


You will document processes and procedures with a core focus on the lead to cash process, transforming complex concepts into clear and engaging narratives that resonate with stakeholders across the organization.

You will review requests, meet with business users on needs, develop proposals for business users to consider, and implement-out-of-the box solutions.

You will work with stakeholders to refine incoming requests (tasks) to ensure that all tickets have complete information and turn complex requests into proposals before implementations begin.


Efforts should be made to develop standard administration processes and ensure a secure and stable environment covering profile management, permission management, backups, report and dashboard creation, process automation and other admin best practices.

You will help new users with access, answer questions, assist with the onboarding and offboarding of user administration as well as assist with the data integrity of integrating various data elements into Salesforce and other 3rd party systems through the use of data loader or other data tools, assist with QA (quality assurance) with other team members to ensure solutions are robust and bug-free

Document business-related changes deployed to include "how-to" training documents, release notes and business process documentation.

Be able to work independently and make decisions that support the business and the team

Responsibilities
Single point of contact taking full ownership performing Salesforce admin related functions to support users

Gather requirements and Develop Functional requirement documents including, process flows, business test scenario, use cases, and training documents for new enhancements

Perform administrator functions such as managing users, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, and queues, data backup

Strong focus on data accuracy and comfort with business flow charts and business communications

Excellent time management communications skills

This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust and interact with all levels of personnel (Employee, Managerial, C-Suite)

Experience documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, and/or policies

Requirements:

This position will be responsible for the planning and analysis of business systems requirements for SalesForce, and for system changes or enhancements in coordination with business users, management, other IT resources and/or vendors

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for this position as is a strong attention to detail and an ability to build relationships with all levels within the organization

5+ years of experience with the configuration and ongoing administration of Salesforce

Experience working with and supporting Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot

Experience leading requirement-gathering interviews or sessions

Proven experience utilizing analytics tools to measure results of user-centered products, documenting success, presenting opportunities, and supporting decision-making

Demonstrated ability to create a positive and professional business relationship with internal and external clients & vendors
