Engaging in deep technical discussions with Customer's R & D and Corresponding development department of TDK.5. Preparing Technical and commercial offers and submitting to the Distributors and their Customers, negotiation and order closure. 6. Executing the order, end to end right from order punching to post order complaint resolution. 7 Demand Planning, Sales forecasting, Budgeting, Reviewing self performance and course correction are an integral part of the function. 8.

Maintaining and continuously updating the database of Distributors / their Customers & their products & application, requirement, turnover and key decision makers.9.

Achieve Design wins at existing and new Customers via distributors for existing / new applications. 10. Developing long-term relationships with Customers through managing and interpreting their requirements. 11. Keeping abreast about industry news, trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about existing, and emerging technologies etc. 12.

Co-ordinating with the Product Marketing & R & D department teams, and keep oneself updated with latest developments on product, production, process possibilities to offer against market opportunities.13.

Ensuring that Distributor / customer satisfaction is maintained & report the aspects leading to customer dissatisfaction ( if any ) 14.

Handling Distributor / customer complaints if any in a timely and effective manner
