The Position

As a Senior Manager of Content Management, you will oversee the entire process of publishing and managing online content on our Content Management System (CMS). Your role involves ensuring that the content is not only accurate and engaging but also optimized for SEO. You will be responsible for establishing content publishing standards, conducting quality assurance, and collaborating with various teams to deliver top-notch content that resonates with our audience.

Main Duties

  • Coordinate the content publishing workflow from creation to maintenance.
  • Ensure content consistency and alignment with our brand guidelines.
  • Create and edit online content using the CMS tools.
  • Analyze content performance using web analytics.
  • Optimize content for SEO best practices.
  • Manage multilingual content operations for different markets.
  • Stay informed on the latest online content trends and SEO best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in online content management, preferably in travel.
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms like Sitecore, Magento, or Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience in SEO optimization using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
  • Familiarity with managing multilingual content using tools like Transifex or Lingotek.
  • Customer-centric mindset and excellent project management skills.
  • Proactive, creative, and able to work under pressure.
