About BidPro

The BidPro team has been supporting deal management for some time now, however, the deal teams were facing several challenges around the quality of proposals being developed. To win more, we needed to produce better proposals at a faster speed

In light of these improved expectations from BidPro, it was imperative to build a powerful content backbone. This role encompasses content management & collateral building of our pre-sales and client-facing deliverables. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining fast-growing database of pre-written content to improve proposal quality and proposal / sales team efficiency.

It is important for this role to understand the critically and assess the value of various content artefacts for different partners in the pre-sales value chain, apply language skills to build impactful content while retaining the core message of content received from partners across functions, and ensure refresh rigor of these assets.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and functions to plan and develop content by conducting interviews, reviewing solutions/ideas with SMEs & key partners. Assist in organizing and categorizing content using content management systems (CMS) or other tools. Fulfill requests by leveraging the content repository to provide support with reusable content. Re-write / edit proposal responses from a variety of partners, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, technical / product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery. Build and handle a repository of domain-specific content basis the requirements of each partner group.

·Follow and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & guidelines and ensure compliance to the Genpact brand and tone.

Measure & report efficiency of the content artefacts built: Use content management systems to analyze traffic and user engagement metrics. Optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO) by incorporating relevant keywords and meta tags. Monitor and update content to ensure it remains up to date, accurate, and relevant. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to content management.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualification

Strong attention to detail and ability to produce error-free content. Proficiency in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent writing skills with ability to communicate our solutions and recommendations in a persuasive & succinct manner. Knowledge & understanding of business drivers, processes in the ITES/BPS industry. Aptitude & awareness for using available content repositories, and innovative tools.

Preferred qualifications

Graduate/Post in English & business writing Prior exposure with Proposal Writing/management, technical writing, business/marketing communication pre-sales, Knowledge management, or business research Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as RFPIO, QVidiain is a plus
