Job responsibilities

  • Communicating with Customer with regards to daytoday problem solving
  • Responsible for execution of Field Service calls, Annual Maintenance Contracts, Repairs in region, Timely closure of Service calls, first time right, Improve customer satisfaction.
  • Carry out commissioning of Migration & modernization projects at OEM & end user premises.
  • Understand the customer needs and take necessary actions to create appropriate solutions
  • Create service sales opportunities & Business generation through retrofits, AMC, Spare parts and repairs.
  • Coordinating & supporting team of engineers for service activities in respective region.
  • Supply creative feedbacks to increase the qualityofservice operations and processes
  • Interactions for effective positioning of Siemens over competition.
  • Making succession plan and developing the team mates to take higher responsibilities.

Qualification required for Job
-
Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronic or
Industrial Automation Control or
Mechatronics Engineering.

  • Knowledge about Sinumerik Systems (808D, 828D, 840D etc.) or Simatic PLCs. (S71200, S71500), and Sinamics servo Drives.
  • 35 years of experience in CNC control systems.
  • Preferably good command of English both written and spoken
  • Basic understanding of Mechatronics & Commissioning experience
  • Building relationship through effective communication.
  • Learning attitude & Willingness for travelling at short notice
