The responsibilities of the Program Manager - Automation involve leading a team of specialists focused on supporting operations for retail categories in different Amazon marketplaces. About the Team: The Competitor Monitoring Team (CMT) plays a crucial role in Amazon's Pricing organization, supporting pricing strategies and operations. With a focus on providing timely and accurate competitive pricing insights, CMT aids the WW Promotions team in efficiently offering deals and promotions to Amazon's customers.

The tasks performed by this team directly influence customer purchasing decisions, impacting Amazon's revenue and profitability.


We are currently looking to fill positions at our offices in Bangalore, KA, IND.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of cross-functional collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
  • 3+ years of experience in executing cross-functional projects.
  • Proficiency in defining program requirements and utilizing data and metrics for enhancements.
  • Team management experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency in implementing standardized processes, automation, and standardization.
  • Experience in data mining, management, reporting, and SQL queries.
