Retail Sales Executive – Roles & Responsibilities ·Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.

·Providing accurate information regarding product features, pricing and after-sales services ·Answering customers' questions about specific products/services ·Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing ·Cross-sell products ·Ensure racks are fully stocked ·Manage returns of merchandise ·Coordinate with the Retail Sales team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times) ·Inform customers about discounts and special offers ·Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager ·Stay up-to-date with new products/services ·Work on Monthly targets & ensure to achieve it ·Serves customers by helping them select products.

·Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge. ·Provides outstanding customer service. ·Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records. ·Manages financial transactions. ·Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing cheques, cash or other credit and debit cards. ·Alerts management of potential security issues. ·Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise. ·Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.

Required Skills for the Role:

  • Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
  • Great Listening Skills & High energy levels
  • Understanding of the retail sales process
  • Familiarity with consumer behaviour principles
  • Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
  • Basic math skills
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
  • Flexibility & Adaptability
  • High school degree
  • BSc in Marketing or related field is a plus
