Your role in our mission:

- **Audits the human resources information system (HRIS) to ensure the system's credibility.**:

  • Works with human resources staff to assist in the documentation of business processes, workflow
    , output and requirements
:

  • Generates reports on a daily, weekly, quarterly, or annual basis.
  • Develops procedures for human resources staff to enter and maintain employee information in HRIS database to ensure that employee documentation is current.
  • Provides support to the enduser community, troubleshoots system issues, and communicates system changes to the user population.
  • Trains endusers and members of the human resources staff to ensure highlevel knowledge of the HRIS and its capabilities.

What we're looking for:

Basic Qualifications:

-
Three or more years of human resource information systems (HRIS):

  • Experience working with human resources principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Experience working with database management and infrastructure software.

Other Qualifications:

  • Organization and time management skills
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Communication skills. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality regarding employee information.
