We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pre- Sales Consultant to join our team and play a critical role in driving the adoption of our RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT products, exceptional presentation skills, and the ability to effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions to potential clients.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen to support our sales team throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our RPA solutions, including features, functionalities, and benefits.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations tailored to the client's specific needs and use cases.
  • Solution Design: Work closely with the sales team to design and propose customized RPA solutions that address the client's business challenges.
  • RFP/RFI Responses: Assist in the preparation and delivery of RFP/RFI responses, ensuring that all client requirements are met.
  • Technical Presentations: Deliver technical presentations and webinars to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our RPA solutions.
  • Proof of Concept (PoC): Lead PoC engagements, working directly with clients to showcase the effectiveness of our solutions in their environment.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market dynamics to effectively position our solutions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the product management and engineering teams to relay client feedback and influence product development.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution overviews, implementation guides, and case Experience: 5 8 years of pre sales experience in the IT industry, with a focus on RPA solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical background with the ability to understand and articulate complex IT products and solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with high growth IT or SaaS companies.
  • In depth knowledge of RPA technologies and market trends.
  • Previous experience in a client facing technical role, such as solutions architect or technical consultant.
