We areseeking a dynamic and experienced Presales Specialist to join ourteam in the realm of Software Services and Data Engineering. Inthis role you will be responsible for leveraging your technicalexpertise and industry knowledge to drive the presales processengaging with prospective clients to understand their requirementsand articulate how our software services and data engineeringsolutions can address their needseffectively.
Responsibilities:
- Engagewith potential clients to understand their business objectiveschallenges and requirements related to software services and dataengineering.
- Collaborateclosely with the sales and technical teams to develop tailoredsolutions and proposals that align with the clients needs anddemonstrate our capabilitieseffectively.
- Conductproduct demonstrations presentations and proofofconcepts (POCs) toshowcase the value proposition of our software services and dataengineeringsolutions.
- Actas a technical advisor during the sales process providing insightsrecommendations and addressing any technical queries or concernsraised byclients.
- Stayupdated on industry trends market dynamics and competitor offeringsin the software services and data engineering space to maintain acompetitiveedge.
- Participatein RFP/RFI responses preparing technical documentation solutionarchitectures and pricing proposals asneeded.
- Collaboratewith internal stakeholders to continuously improve and refine ourpresales collateral including presentations demos case studies andother sales enablementmaterials.
- Buildand nurture strong relationships with clients serving as a trustedadvisor throughout the presales engagement andbeyond.
Requirements
- Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field. AMasters degree is aplus.
- Provenexperience in presales or technical consulting roles within thesoftware services and data engineeringdomain.
- Strongunderstanding of software development methodologies dataengineering principles and modern technology stacks (e.g. cloudplatforms big data technologies analyticstools).
- Excellentcommunication and presentation skills with the ability toeffectively convey technical concepts to both technical andnontechnicalaudiences.
- Demonstratedability to collaborate crossfunctionally and work effectively in afastpaced teamorientedenvironment.
- Strategicthinking and problemsolving skills with a focus on deliveringinnovative solutions that meet client needs and drive businessoutcomes.
- Experienceworking with enterprise clients and managing complex sales cyclesispreferred.
- Certificationsor training in relevant technologies (e.g. AWS Azure Google Clouddata analytics) would beadvantageous.
