As a Principal Consultant, you will lead multiple client projects simultaneously, leveraging your expertise in application development and AI to deliver innovative solutions.


You will be at the forefront of guiding both our customers and our internal team of technical consultants through complex projects, ensuring successful delivery and high client satisfaction.


The ideal candidate will be someone who is not only passionate and self-driven but also possesses a strong desire to learn and grow with us.

While technical brilliance is valued, the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team is paramount.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage multiple client projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Guide customers through the solution process, from presales activities, scoping, and estimation to design and implementation.
  • Lead and mentor a team of technical consultants to deliver highquality projects.
  • Engage in presales tasks, including work scoping, estimation, and creating proposals.
  • Oversee the implementation of projects using Azure PaaS Services, .NET, and React.
JS.

  • Lead AI projects, leveraging modern AI technologies to deliver cuttingedge solutions.

Technical Expertise :

  • Extensive experience in developing .NET applications on Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong proficiency with React.
JS and/or Angular.

  • Exposure to and enthusiasm for working with PowerApps.
  • Experience and interest in building intelligent applications and working on AI projects.

Leadership and Consulting Skills :

  • Proven ability to lead customers through the solution process, understanding their problems, and creating effective solutions.
  • Strong consulting skills with a focus on presales, discovery, design, and implementation phases.
  • Experience running workshops, presentations, and professional demonstrations for diverse audiences.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident and engaging speaker with the ability to build rapport easily.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in Agile environments.
